This year, the 2023 Jeanneau Sydney Boat Show will be bigger and more spectacular than ever showcasing some of the best luxury boats in a spectacular on-water display.
So, if you’re looking to upgrade your boat or thinking about purchasing a new one, don’t miss all the action that this event will bring!
How to Get to the Boat Show 2023
The event will be held at the Spit in Mosman, which is a beautiful location that’s perfect when it comes to location and the Sydney commute. Plus, the pristine waters and fantastic view of the Middle Harbour provide an inviting backdrop for boat enthusiasts as high-end new boats will be on full display.
If you’re wondering about the best ways to get to the event, there is plenty of paid parking available at either the Spit West Car Park or the Spit West Reserve. Free parking can be found around the site too. The spit can also be accessed easily by public transport as well so you have plenty of options.
To get there, if travelling from Sydney take the Spit Bridge exit off of Military Road and follow the signs (they’re easy to see) to the Marina.
If you’re from elsewhere in NSW, the easiest way to get to The Spit is via public transport. Regular buses run to and from The Spit each day, or you can catch a ferry from Manly.
If you’re taking a ferry from Circular Quay, you can get off at either Mosman Bay or Neutral Bay Wharf.
The Spit is the Place to Be for All Things Boating
If you want to take a break from the Jeanneau boat show, why not stop off for a bite to eat via the restaurants nearby.
Our recommendation is either the Ormeggio or Chiosco for lunch both of which offer superb gastronomic experiences! Ormeggio is a fantastic Italian-influenced a la carte seafood restaurant offering breathtaking views of the water. From Blue Fin tuna “tonnato” to “Verrigini linguine” with eastern rock lobster, we’re sure you’ll find something to love about this decadent menu!
Chiosco is dubbed as the “the casual seaside baby brother of Ormeggio” but lacks nothing when it comes to a quality dining experience. Located right next door to Ormeggio, enjoy antipasti of Calamari fritti before choosing from a wide range of traditional pasta dishes (Pasta e fagioli or Gnocchi al cinghiale) that are sure to delight.
If you’re coming to the Sydney Jeanneau boat show with your own boat, The Spit’s d’Albora has top-notch wet berthing, including a 193-wet berth capacity and up to 60 swing moorings in Quakers Hat and Pearl Bay. Dockmaster assistance is available daily, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.
